Norge vs Mesia

I went to see my Boss just now to get his signature for my time sheet and yesterday's EL.

Boss : Emergency leave???Is everything alright???
Me: ooo..it's my son..he has cough and flu...bla...bla...
Boss : Oooo..my son has eye infection....bla...bla...

ok..my point is...he asked is everything alright? Pardon me for comparing but I don't get that when I was working for our own national company. When you take leave especially EL people start to question without finding out first the reason. Heh...ape la...Don't have better things to do is it???!!!!

kadang2 bos yg tanya is everything orait tu,nak psycho kita je.tp tak dinafikan ada yg betul2 ambik berat.kalau company melayu,EL tu adalah satu jenayah.muahahha

Hmm since im also a boss, i do tend to ask that Q let it be EL/normal leave. coz i do care about my staffs, manalaa tahu if they need anything ker
