Ok somebody has got to stop me. It's becoming a habit that i loike. Hehe...to splurge on Haziq. Eh...tapi takpe la kan. Not for me but for Haziq. If it's for me mmg la membazir kan but it's for the little one. So I guess it's ok kot :p (yeah zai...try harder to justify urself hihiii)
But I think today I won't be buying anything from that shop. Gonna wait next week coz they're gonna have a sale starting this weekend till hhhmmm can;t remember the date wooohhoooo...window shopping ajer la this week :)

It's Been 3 Days in A Row
....I wear baju kurung to work.
What's the big deal here you may ask?? well if my X-colleagues finds out about this they'd be very much surprise because I don't normally wear baju kurung to work. My baju kurungs are for weddings...kenduri (not that I have many pun).
...then that leaves us to reasons behind this sudden change behavior in me. LETHARGIC...yes....lately I've been too tired to even think of what to wear for work let alone to iron them. So, in my desperate need to find a solution to my laziness,tiredness, I opted to wear baju kurung coz most of them does not require ironing, except I have to iron my scarf :)
...then you'll probably wondering why is this 20ish working mommy is so dead tired?? Not that she has to climb up a stairway of a height of a 5 storey building to go onboard a vessel like she used to last time everyday. I do not have the answer as well. I know that work has yet to drain me out...so we can chunk out that possibility. House-work....yeah...that could be it. There's cooking to do, mopping to do,sweeping, arranging, this and that. Yeah...that could be one of the factor....oooo don't forget I do have a very active one year old boy who will stop at nothing when it comes to re-arranging my tupperwares, re-arranging all his toys upside down, meddling with almost everything that he can reach or touch or see. Chasing after him has become a routine exercise for me I must say. He's quick I tell ya....and...and...he likes to run in the house...aarrggghhh(**pull hair**). After that incident back at my parents place I've been very careful not to let him out of my side but sometimes....sigh....it's quite difficult.
.........ok...now I sounded like a depressed mommy whinning about his adorable little son kan. And I also sounded selfish don't I. Iisshhh..bad mommy...bad mommy. But I guess even mommies need to let it out sometimes right.
....to which now...I feel a lot better hehe... :) thank you very much for listening/reading :p

Saya Terkantoi
I'm a morning person. I have no problem waking up early morning even when I sleep late the night before but Mr Hubby is the opposite of me. He usually sleeps late to watch football or a movie or sometimes he'll be in front of his laptop.
So every morning it's an effort to wake him up. Seriously. Belum lagi simbah air jer to his face...huhu...tk sampai hati... :p Well anyway, last week I almost had it and decided to do something about it. No, I did not ask him to sleep a little bit early but I fast foward his watch by 10 minutes. So starting last Monday when I woke him up, I'll show him his watch...tengok ni dah pukul bape...when he sees his watch he quickly get up and head to the bathroom....yahoooo...I thought I have solved this minor problem of mine...hehe
but....
this morning, this conversation took place
Hubby : yang ada usik ke jam org ni??? (dgn muke cm nak makan orang...)
Me : eh...maner ada...kenape?rosak ker (i was trying very hard to keep a straight face...really hard)
Hubby : sure??? (still with that look on his face)
Me : ye la...kenape (ok...by this time i dh mcm nk tersengih)
Hubby : cakap betul2...
Me : betul la... (then i burst...huhu)
Hubby : pandai2 ye...patut la orang tgk time kt laptop lain...biler nk punch...ingat dh kul 5.30...rupenyer belum...kt handphone pun lain....
Me :maner ada la...(eeehhh...still nak berdalih lg tu :p)
wakakaka...i forgot to synchronize yang lain...haha...clock on laptop...i can do it...on his mobile also can...clock kat umah pun boleh....tapi....clock kt punch card office dia macam manerrrr....waaaaaa.....maka terkantoi la saya :p

Zai's Current Random Thoughts
.......my Haziq took his one year old jab last Monday. Alhamdulillah everything went well. So far no fever yet. I hope he won't get any. Baru last two weeks baik demam...ooo yeaaahh...and his current weight is 13 kg...ppeerrgghhh...People have been asking us what do we feed him with. Honestly, it's just home made porridge, baby biscuits for snacks, fruits and Haziq doesn't eat that much anyway. Sometimes he wants to have what we're having...and sometimes I let him depending on what the menu is. I think its the milk. He drinks more milk at night than he does during the day. I have no idea why or whether its ok or not? Mommies out there...any idea?? I also think its the genes. Both Hubby and I are tall, so we expect Haziq to be tall as well. When I was Haziq's age, I was as chubby as he is so said my Mama, Hubby was also like that....so I guess its normal la kan that Haziq is one chubby toddler kan...kan...as long as he's healthy and active...we have no complaints :)
.......believe it or not Hubby and I haven't bought Haziq's birthday present. I sort of know what I wanna get him but I think Hubby has some other ideas...we'll see.
.......my good friend Nique wants us all (read: the bardaques) to have a picnic at a sungai somewhere near to K.L. Love the idea. The last time makcik mandi sungai was ages ago. I think it was at Sekayu in Terengganu...2005 kot. So I'm looking forward to this trip but then thinking back, Haziq nak letak maner??hehe...bring him along...Hubby will have to tag along. Will have to check with his schedule. Haziq is a handful I tell ya. So, managing him alone without Hubby around is very much tiring believe me.
........last week on our way back from work, we saw an accident on the opposite side of the road right after the Bulatan Kg Pandan I think. What I saw that day still haunts me. One body covered with black plastic and another girl laying on the road with her helmet still intact. I assumed and hoped she is alive. The image of her laying in a helpless position stays in my mind. Police was busy directing the cars coz as usual Malaysians drivers love to slow down and peek hehe. I have no idea how the accident could have happened. It was peak hour, the traffic was massive, so the motorbike couldn't go that fast. So how did the rider die? sigh...I guess it's true then...kalau dah ajal...
.........I got Haziq's birthday card from Mothercare and I can get 15% discountstorewide :).It expires end of the month. I went to Mothercare at Pavillion last Friday, but couldn't decide on anything. Haziq needs a walking sandals, I saw a nice one there, I wanna start potty train Haziq, saw a cute one there hehe, I wanted to buy him clothes but I just bought him a few when I was in Ipoh, I know for sure I want to get him Avent milk bottle, what else...hhhmmmm I have to go there again :)
...........oooo...did I tell ya my new office is located about 5 minutes walk from Pavillion....anyone who wants to meet me for lunch or buy me lunch...please do so here okay :)
...........I wish I could engage a clown to entertain the kids for Haziq's little party but they're not cheap ya know. Expect a rate as much as RM200/hour at least. Sheeesshh..clowns earn more than engineers do...:p Any ideas besides the clown??? :p Worse come to worse, we'll just a quiet little makan-makan session hehe
..........I long for a short vacation or at least a visit to the spa. I long for a "me" time. Anyone wanna come and join me for a session of massage, steam bath, etc...etc...please...please let me know.

Pre-Birthday Celebration
We had a small (really small) celebration for Haziq on his birthday. Hubby and I bought two slices of Secret Recipe's Chocolate Fudge cake and asked for a candle. hehehe...I told you it was small :)

p/s:on the morning of Haziq's birthday, I sang him the birthday song...he was grinning, all smiley and clapped his hands. I think he knew it was a special day for him :)

Haziq Danial Is A Year Old

Haziq is a big boy now. Everyday he's learning new things and showing off new skills. Sometimes I still can't believe it, me...a mommy....to precious Haziq.

1st Day
Peepsss..
It's my first day at TheNewCompany. Alhamdulillah...I'm finally here. So far so good. Only thing I miss my lunch partner huhu....but I'm sure I'll get over it sooner or later. :)

Pppssstttt...
Helleeewwww peeps...
It's been a while since last update this space hehe. Am back in my hometown enjoying my precious time with you know who. I will only start my new work after CNY. So right now it's just me and Haziq and my parents of course. Hubs is in Kl...hehe sian dia.
Anyways....I got a lot to write but just not in the mood to. Still contemplating the venue for Haziq's little birthday bash...so expect a differ on the date hehe...his Ibu here is pretty occupied with few stuff :p
Haziq is more confident with his walking skills...over confident sometimes sampai jatuh saner sini. Last week he fell and hit his head against the dinner chair....he still has the lebam on his forehead. It was my fault...I should have taken away the chair when he was playing with it but I was occupied preparing his lunch...huhu....my fault...my fault...tension betul...went to the specialist to have him checked Alhamdulillah doc said he's fine...phhheewww...if anything happens to him I don't think I can ever forgive myself...
I gotta go. I'm actually blogging from the cafe hehe....till then...take care peeps...
